As a relationship therapist, I work with couples, polycules, and people navigating complex relational dynamics. I help you to understand the scaffolding of painful patterns in your relationship, and take action to intervene in the cycles that keep your relationship from being as healthy and fulfilling as possible. The goal of my relational work is not to save the status quo, the goal is to address hurt and unmet needs, and to create a more fulfilling, authentic, satisfying, freeing way of relating to each other. In relational work, you’ll be invited to find your genuine voice, to remain compassionate and present to your partner without abandoning yourself, and to take responsibility for your part of the work (and to let your partner take responsibility for their part of the work). It is a powerful crucible for growth.
